Corinne Halbert’s Hate Baby Three: (The Love Issue) is even more of a rip roaring good time than ever before. Mutilation, deviant sex acts, murderous children and explosions of bodily fluids all circling around personal real life situations and revenge vignettes. One of my biggest inspirations is the work of the brilliant Charles Burns. The imagery is all about the drawings, in large format (8 1/2 by 11 inches,) in high contrast black and white. A must read for alt comic junkies.
