CAKE 2020 Art Auction Fundraiser

Mark your calendars for our annual CAKE Art Fundraiser on April 24th at 7pm at 826CHI! You'll have the rare opportunity to bid on original art from luminaries in alternative comics. In previous years we've auctioned original work from the likes of Eleanor Davis, Jim Woodring, Sophie Yanow, and Nick Drnaso! Proceeds will benefit the all-volunteer run Chicago Alternative Comics Expo for 2020.

This year’s auctioneer is Beth Hetland, assisted ably by Kyle O’Connell reprising their roles as a certain snack cake and fruit.

Comic readings by Gina Wynbrandt and Eileen Chavez!

$10 admission, or $15 for admission with one drink and one raffle ticket.
